The user/customer of ClubSigns.com must be at least 13 years old.
Claims against ClubSigns.com and its parent company Linographics, Inc. must be filed within one year from the date of the cause of the claim. The parties agree to be governed by the federal and state laws of the state of California , County of Orange and City of Orange. The user/customer agrees to indemnify defend and hold harmless ClubSigns.com, our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service using your account.
