Custom Poster / Layout & Design
Once logged into our website you may choose one of our templates email us your text and we will create your custom poster OR you may tell us what the theme of your event is, send us your text and we will create your custom poster. If you would like to include your digital photos or logos be sure to send them in high resolution format. EPS, Adobe Illustrator or hi-res jpg’s and pdf’s are what we need.
On design completion we will email you a color proof for revisions or approval. Please double check all phone numbers and event dates. Price - $49.95
Print Prices
We print in full color on a non-glare, high quality photo material. Standard size is 22” x 28”.
- 1st Print - $29.95
- 2nd print of the same design - $24.95
- 3rd print of the same design - $22.95
- 4th print of the same design - $19.95
If you design your own posters and would like us to do the printing and finishing, send them to us as high resolution PDF files and the print pricing above applies.
Finishing - Mounting - Framing
If you already have frames we will UPS your printed poster. If not, we offer:
Mounting - Mount print to white gatorboard - $19.95
Flip Frame - Special front loading quick change frames with built in backer and protective mylar cover. You’ll never need to mount or laminate again. Polished and professional, a money and timesaver, lasts years - $59.95
A-Frame - Holds two posters back to back. Ideal for use on the first tee or high traffic outdoor areas - $46.95
Statement Stuffers
We can print your poster as a statement stuffer in full color or black and white on a colored stock. All pieces are tri-folded and ready for mailing.
500 pieces - Black/White on colored stock- $59.00
500 pieces - Full color on 80# gloss stock- $129.00
High Resolution PDF file
We can email you a high resolution PDF file of your poster. This can be used for email blasts, insertion on your website or to be printed in-house or locally - $10.00

Minimum Charge/Cancellation
The minimum charge of $49.95 applies to all custom design orders. This charge covers design time for creation of your custom poster should you decide to cancel.
Turnaround Time / RUSH Orders / Shipping
Most custom designs will be proofed in 24-48 hours. Once approved we can print and ship the same day.
If you need something immediately we will interrupt all production, move you to the top and get you a custom proof in less than 12 hours - 100% rush charges apply.
All orders will ship standard UPS unless otherwise requested.
Payment Terms
All first time orders are COD or credit card. We accept VISA, MC and American Express. To apply for terms please furnish us with your bank and trade references.
Additional Services
We are not limited to 22” x 28” designs and printing. We can print posters and banners up to billboard size. Please email us regarding special sizes or print capabilities.
